Everything is expensive nowadays so I try my best to fix things myself. For the times I can't, I turn to these pros. Mechanics give me anxiety because you never know what to expect but this shop will have you feeling like you made the right choice. If you are looking for an honest shop that's transparent, won't break the bank and won't upsell you anything you don't need give them a ring. Guaranteed not to disappoint.

Got my breaks changed here. I was helped by Nemo and he was very nice. He let me know what needed to be done and gave me a fair price! Plus the text notifications were super helpful for communication!

Top notch in every way! I am a mechanic having worked on refurbishing cars daily for 10 years, their attention to detail, skill level, knowledge, and ability to communicate in the most helpful way is unparalleled. Highly recommend. I corresponded remotely to have Nguyen do a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was interested in, they got the car into the shop immediately and a few hours later had completed the inspection. The result was an amazingly clear, complete, in depth report on the car. The report was available electronically to me via a link, it had 20 photos of defects a 50+ point inspection that was organized and very complete. It had useful details like brake pad thickness, tire depth, and identified a number of defects and services needed. Also we spoke on the phone and the service advisor gave me the most important information, an opinion on whether it was a solid car to buy in the face of the found defects.

This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional auto repair experience. The shop appeared to have very poor diagnostic skills and handled my car through guesswork rather than proper inspection. I was given no clear answers, only changing explanations, while costs kept increasing. After significant time and money were involved, the owner suddenly claimed to have a solution, yet refused to take responsibility for the situation and refused to issue any refund. When questioned, the owner was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My vehicle was left in worse condition than when it was brought in, causing major inconvenience and stress. Save yourself the headache and choose a more honest and competent repair shop.

I am writing this review to warn others. My vehicle was running and drivable when I brought it to this shop. I received an initial estimate of $1,000. After 2 weeks the shop told me the car could not be repaired and asked for an additional $2,600, which I never authorized. The shop took my vehicle apart and then refused to put it back together. They told me the car was no longer drivable and that I had to pay to tow it away. As a result, my car was left in worse condition than when I dropped it off, even though I did not approve further repairs. I believe this situation violates the California Auto Repair Act, and I have filed a formal complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). Please be very careful before using this shop.
